Walmart Museum

For the Walmart Museum’s 2025 renovation, NightLight teams created a touchscreen scavenger hunt game allowing guests to explore Sam Walton’s office, perfectly preserved the way he left it.

With the actual office secured safely behind glass, the kiosk-based Seek & Find interactive uses an ultra-detailed 3D model to allow guests to step inside the virtual exhibit to get an up-close look. Upon locating each of the two dozen featured items, guests can view 360-orbit videos and in-depth descriptions or firsthand anecdotes for each one.

NightLight designed and developed the touchscreen game, and created the custom 3D gaussian splat environment from over 1000 meticulously collected individual photographs of the office.
