For CrowdStrike's high profile annual global cybersecurity conference, XD Agency tapped NightLight to set the stage for the keynote speaker with a one-of-a-kind artwork.

NightLight envisioned 20 years of global cyberattacks as a series of pulsating storms disrupting the interconnected architecture of the web. To craft the the digital sculpture, NightLight’s developers first leveraged generative AI to map out the underlying structure of the internet, then gathered authentic datasets to map cybersecurity incidents onto the virtual model, correlating location and intensity to real world data. The resulting simulation was rendered as a massive particle system, spanning a 17k-wide total raster across 10 LED screens.
