NightLight was honored to oversee the Spikersuppa Digital Dissent Gallery at the 2019 Oslo Freedom Forum, which featured vital activist artwork from around the globe .

Four large scale LED screens displayed content day and night in Spikersuppa Park throughout the forum's duration. The artwork included everything from banned political cartoons to firsthand account photos of demonstrations in China and Cuba. The unique venue provided an opportunity for activists to showcase their work without barriers of entry such as printing, shipping, and risk of interception or censure by their governments.

NightLight crafted programming for the multichannel display from a pool of over 400 images and video works, creating custom interstitial graphics and transitions that riffed on Human Rights Foundation's brand identity.
